Women’s Air Race Classic

May 23, 2013

What a fun shoot!  It’s the kind of shoot many photographers dream about!  With two amazing women, great hair and makeup, and a Stearman! These images were taken in the style of Amelia Earhart for promotional material for the Air Race Classic (ARC).  ARC is a non-profit organization with a race route of approximately 2,400 statute miles in length.  The contestants are given four days to complete the race.  For more information on the race, click here.

Tanya Gatlin and Daily Davies are two local contestants who will be competing in the race this June.  With the support from the Department of Aviation and Aerospace Science of Metropolitan State University of Denver, they are excited to be a part of this amazing event.

I am so excited to follow their race in June!

Their bios are located at the end of this blog.  Please join us June 18-21 in support of these to inspiring women!

Good luck Tanya and Daily!!!
